Paul Dunbar & Dan Rader designed Capitol Cider House. Paul Dunbar developed the identity system and collateral for a new Cider bar and brewery in DC. They're only using apples from a 200-mile radius and only selling ciders from the same area. The owner wanted to make sure his brand was easily connected to the city and totally unique and absent of any and all cider tropes.
