25AH designed Loie Branding. L/u00f6ie S/u00f6derport is an architect-designed property consisting of 6 townhouses and 15 apartments, located in Visby on the Swedish island of Gotland. Visby is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Scandinavia. The unique location and it/u2019s building traditions served as inspiration for L/u00f6ie/u2019s contemporary architecture. Large geometric calligraphy was used as a modern homage to Visby/u2019s heritage. The color palette was inspired by Gotland/u2019s many poppy fields and the island/u2019s rich resources of limestone. House numbers were designed to create a calligraphic effect that shifts depending on the viewing angle.
