Caserne designed Réunion – a Berliner Weisse aged in oak barrels previously used for wine aging and macerated on Pinot Noir marc from the 2019 vintage of the Les Bacchantes vineyard. This exceptional product is distinguished by its well-balanced acidity, and constitutes a perfect balance between beer and wine. The skin of the Pinot Noir brings notes of red fruits and body to this unique beverage.
