The creators of Ferment-Tastic had the vision of developing a regional and organic condiment. With their innovative range of fermented sauces and seasonings, centred around Austrian Lupin Sauce, they have succeeded in doing just that. The products are designed to bring new flavours to familiar cooking processes. Acute were asked to develop a brand strategy for Ferment-Tastic and design the brand’s visual identity, including the packaging. A key aspect of this was to communicate knowledge about how to use the products, some of which are still unknown. The characters on the labels were developed specifically for this purpose. They help to convey the content in an accessible way, while adding the desired touch of humour and creativity.
