Essen International designed the graphic system for Tangent GC Soap. For this project, they chose to build a monochromatic and minimalistic visual identity, detached from ornaments and any excess detail of color or texture, in order to convey the simplicity of the bran’s products, which are organic, vegan and cruelty free. In this way, they avoid creating a packaging system loaded with excess plastic, and sticks to a more classic wrapping option – the paper. The lack shapes or images center the attention on what’s important – the products ingredients and name. This type of branding shows how a brand can convey a powerful message sticking to a few – but beautifully applied – graphic resources.
