Dalston Creative created the visual identity for Pomologen, a property development near Uppsala, Sweden. As well as the branding, the Swedish studio is behind the naming, photography, art direction and sales material for Pomologen. The branding is delicate and minimal, complete with a modern typography featuring a custom ‘P’ that stands alone as a logomark.
The project features ten attached houses for development in 2018 by Signum Fastigheter. The word ‘pomologen’ means ‘the one who knows about apples’. For centuries, apple trees have grown on the land where the houses are being built, and the architect wished to ensure that they stay put and that each house will have direct access to the apple trees, hence the name.
