Craft, chicken, and dedication define Mühlholz. A piece of land in Upper Austria, on it a farm with chickens, a workshop, and a composting plant. Managed by Ines and Johannes, with clear visions and conscious steps. For a responsible life with nature. The couple asked Gletscher Agency to design their brand’s visual identity.

Going for a familiar and rural aesthetic, the designers came up with a clean and modern look. For Mühlholz’s identity, they used patterns with simple filled shapes to represent each product. Also, depending on which surface it’s printed on it its color varies.
We love the mix of organic and wooden looks with a minimal and updated feel. The use of patterns gives a unique minimal style to the project. Also, the packaging is really well-executed but still representing a warm and rustic. All in all, a family feeling branding project featuring some unexpected furry animals 🙂

An Australian and three Upper Austrians meet. What sounds like the beginning of a bad joke, we meant seriously in 2016. (And they still do that by the way.) Because it was the beginning of Gletscher. It was in this list that they began to support brands and companies in defining their identity. Small and large brands, small and large companies both, national and international.
