Lysée Branding

Introducing Lysée — Transforming patisseries into a gallery of confections for Michelin-Starred Pastry Chef, Eunji Lee.

Lysée is a fusion of the French word for museum and Chef, Eunji Lee’s surname; it’s where the concept of a patisserie is reimagined to that of a museum or gallery. In developing this elegant dessert destination, LMNOP developed the visual identity, collateral system, and signage + wayfinding. The brand mark takes inspiration from Giwa, Korean traditional roof tiles, modernizing the idea as slices of cake. This iconic element is brought throughout the branding as an accent over the logotype, incorporated into packaging, patterns, and reinterpreted into the signature Lysée cake for a delectable design language.
