JÔJI Sushi

SALVE JÔJI! Maintaining the same principles as its parent brand, Jôji borrows the sword of St. George to bring the best fish and cuts – as well as working with fresh and organic ingredients, which highlights the vegan sushi, made with superfoods and the vegetable of the day. Jôji also borrows the dragon as a supporting element to the brand identity designed by Brazilian studio We are Bolden, referencing Djavan’s classic song, and leaving Japanese cuisine with a bit of Brazilian soul.
