Good Good

Good Good is a housing organisation reimagining property development by putting well-being, people-centric design and sustainability at the forefront of everything they do. The new branding has been designed by Perks Design, specifically by Ella Hampshire-Perks.
It began with a problem: a lack of affordable, quality and truly sustainable housing. A status quo of building for profit over people and the environment, and an increase in social isolation. The result is a new way of thinking about property development.

Tui Glen, a tranquil micro-community of four houses based in Auckland, is the first project from Good Good, and aims to be New Zealand’s most sustainable standalone housing development.

The brand identities for Good Good and Tui Glen break from industry norms, embracing a progressive approach. Good Good, the foundation brand, is solid and grounded, rooted in the earth, allowing all projects to grow from here.

Tui Glen’s typography is playful and distinct. Inspired by New Zealand, the colour palette uses Pohutukawa red in a vibrant shade that feels positive and optimistic for a brighter future. As new projects commence, they will each have a unique voice and character, layering in the tonality and characteristics of the individual contexts.
