When we think of Russia, the first thing that comes to our mind is cold or vodka. In this issue, we’ll be talking about an alcoholic drink, but not Russia’s icon. Dolce Winery Сhicketerie Dolce is the smallest winery in Russia, located in the very center of Ekaterinburg. In the 18th-19th centuries, on the site of the winery, there were mansions with shops and the first wine cellars of Ekaterinburg. Ira Korotich and Vera Zvereva were in charge of creating Dolce’s identity.
With a warm and cozy atmosphere, in Dolce, you can find the best selection of wines. The branding work Ira did, give us the feeling of a high-quality brand. Featuring a formal and elegant aesthetic with the use of a dark green and black palette. Although a fun twist is made by Vera’s intervention: her illustrations have a simple but jolly imprint. The final result: a modern and more friendly identity.
Wings, legs, and lips are the bold move of this project. Its combination with simple but particular typography, this design gains a lot of weight and stands out. Closer to a young public. The glass gives a fancier look, while the illustrations give a more casual punch.
